I’m not threatened by Adekunle Gold – GT The Guitarman insists
Popular R&B/soul singer, Gbemiro Tokunbo, popularly known as GT Guitarman, says he is not in any way scared of his colleague, YBNL artiste, Adekunle Gold, as he is not a threat to him.
“On a top ten count down, there are 10 songs, so why are you so bothered about being number 1?
“As long as we all get that event, as long as we all make that money, then it’s fine.
“Adekunle Gold is not a threat to me. I don’t see us doing the same thing and I don’t think there is ever a show that people will just call only one artist.
“I don’t see music as competition, never! I will never see it as such.
“There are so many people I supported over the years, that are doing well now but they still don’t look back.
“I still don’t see it as competition because I constantly remind myself of the fact that these guys, a few years from now they might not be there.
“Trust me, if God says GT, you are not going to sing anymore, then fine! Onto the next one.What will be the next thing?
“Let’s make money.”
