Popular singer, Timaya has reacted to reports that he is trying to start another Psquare war. I am not trying to split Psquare, Timaya
This is coming after Timaya announced his collaboration with Paul Okoye of Psquare fame on a soon to be released track.
He said his next single doesn’t have a release date yet but the self acclaimed Egberi Papa 1 of Bayelsa revealed the reason he chose to work with only Paul on the song.
Soon after his post “My Next single is with this man @rudeboypsquare cause I believe he’s the realest and the BEST.. watch out for it!!!!”, Nigerians had put him on blast.
Probably, his choice of words in his post shook social media and it took the wrong turn, according to him.
He was accused and abused for purportedly trying to incite division between the duo.
Recall that the two brothers had earlier announced breakup last year.
This followed a brawl that ensued between them and their elder brother, Jude who was hitherto their manager.
Peter wrote on his Instagram page that henceforth, they would have separate music-managers as he would no longer have anything to do with Jude.
He further stated that there was nothing wrong in doing separate projects while still being together as P-Square.
But the former plantain seller, in a video shared on his Instagram page, addressed the accusation.
He said, “Yo, my people! I don’t mean it that way o.
“I nor dey try to take sides with anybody. Sorry for the use of English or whatever.
“You know say I no go school.
“I was only trying to say I did the colabo with this man.

“Yeah, he is the realest and the best, it does not mean ‘among’ the both of them, it could be among my friends or set of musicians.
“Afterall when I did a colabo with Don Jazzy, I said Don Jazzy earned my respect.

“Peter is my friend and my brother everyday.
“C’mon, why are you guys like this? Fuck off!”

Anyway, Paul of P-Square hasn’t done much collaborations like this twin brother Peter.
We can’t wait to hear the result of their collaboration.
