The Katsina State Police Command has arrested a 50-year-old man, identified as Abdullahi Sani, for reportedly raping a 3-year-old girl to death. Sani, who resides in the Jabiri area of the state, was said to have he lured his victim to an uncompleted building where he carried out his forceful sexual act. 50-year-old Muslim man rapes.
The State’s Police Public Relations Officer, PRO, who was said to have confirmed the incident in a statement released on Monday, said the rape victim who sustained injuries from the act was rushed to Funtua General hospital, where she died the following day.

Sani who was arrested on October 12 has already confessed to the crime.
In a related development, recall that Naija.fm had reported that the Lagos State Police Command arrested a 31-year-old commercial bus driver and Muslim faithful identified as Alaba Shodamola, for allegedly raping a 20-year-old girl under the pretence of being her God-sent Angel.

The suspect convinced his victim that he was an angel sent by God to save her from being killed in the night by enemies. The Ogun State-born suspect, who resides at 24, Mosan Road, Ipaja area of Lagos State, was arrested after an illicit sexual affair with the unsuspecting girl.
Upon interrogation, the victim alleged that she had been raped by the suspect following which the operatives moved swiftly, arrested the suspect and took him to Ipaja Police Station. The suspected rapist was later handed over to the Family Support Unit, FSU, of the Isokoko Police Division, Agege, Lagos State. Read up full gist HERE.
