Meme cryptocurrency Dogecoin continued its rampage on Friday evening as it skyrocketed to a new all-time high.
The dog termed cryptocurrency spiked to $0.73 thanks to promotion from Elon Musk.
The Tesla CEO tweeted a promotional image ahead of his appearance on Saturday night live and it included a photoshopped image of the coin.
Many traders have increased their done holdings ahead of Musk’s appearance on the show.
The value of Doge has more than doubled in the past week and the cryptocurrency has gained over 1000% in the past month.

Musk’s promotion tweet has gone viral, gaining over 500k likes in 13 hours.
Along with Musk, musicians, Miley Cyrus and Kid Laroi will also feature on the show on Saturday.
Doge coin is currently trading at $0.706, along with a market cap of $91 billion.
