After a number of failed attempts to get on the show, Whitemoney has won the grand prize of 90 million naira in the final night of the 2021 Big Brother Nigeria (BBNaija). Whitemoney who was a prominent feature in the house’s kitchen has had a lot of Nigerians drumming support for him especially after the perceived humiliation form Pere. He was also a gentleman all through the show with a number of meme emanating from his time in the house.
Liquorose was another worthy contender with a large teeming fan base. The popular dancer goes home second, having won some money during challenges while in the house including a recent sum of 500,000 naira during the BuyPower contest. Pere, Cross, Angel, and Emmanuel finished third to sixth in that order as announced by Ebuka.
29-year-old Hazel Onou, popularly known as Whitemoney narrated his experiences of a rough childhood, having to sell food for his mother. He delved in to photography, generator repairs, among other hustles. Apart from the monies he won from tasks within the house, White Money is going home with 30 million naira cash prize in an Abeg digital wallet, some bitcoin from Patricia, an Innoson SUV, a 2-bedroom apartment courtesy of RevolutionPlus Property, and a two-packaged trip by TravelBeta.
Whitemoney joins the likes of Katung, Efe Ejebam, Miracle Igbokwe, Mercy Eke, Olamilekan “Laycon” Agbeleshe as a winner of the popular show.
