Yes it is skull cap. Recently, Nigeria’s artiste, Waje enacted on stage a character in the play Ewuro . It was a play about a woman who lost her husband and was wrongly accused by her in-laws about the demise of her husband and was brutally alternated. THE CONCEPT
Ewuro is a movement that exists to address discrimination and violence against Women. It was conveyed in a Broadway styled show that captures the struggles, pains and challenges of women. It rides on a narrative that takes its audience on an emotional journey straight to the heart of the issue of discrimination and violence against women in the Nigerian society.
Now the crux of the matter is that Waje got jabs thrown at her immediately she posted a picture of her bald look for the play.
