Nigerian singer and rapper, born Keshinro Ololade, popularly known by his stage name Lil Kesh, has made known his intentions to quit music. Although, he did not give much details on the new development, the ‘Young and Getting it’ crooner said he is going into business. Lil Kesh explains why he is quitting music.
Kesh made this known via a short video clip he posted on Youtube. Here’s what he said, “Okay, announcement. I quit music, I’m a businessman now. God bless you.”
What could be his exact reason? Just because he wants to do business, he quits music? Music was or is really so good on him though.

The rapper who released his debut album “Y.A.G.I” in early 2016 and recently shot the video for one of the singles ‘Problem Child’ off the album which features former label boss Olamide, rose to fame after his chart-topping song titled “Shoki” rose to critical acclaim from music critics.
Born and raised in Bariga, a suburb of Lagos State, the 24-year-old started his music career in 2012 while rapping among his peers in Bariga until he released “Lyrically”, a single that quickly became popular in Nigerian Universities
In 2015, he was nominated in the Best New Act to Watch category at the 2015 Nigeria Entertainment Awards. Affiliated to YBNL Nation as a recording artist.

Lil Kesh, who is currently signed under his record label YAGI Records, an acronym for ‘Young And Getting It’, said sometime last year that he was not ready for international collaborations.
