A Nigerian pastor, Celestine Michael, says Nollywood actor, Desmond Elliot’s life is in danger. I saw people mourning Desmond Elliot’s death, Pastor Celestine Michael.
The Pastor, whose church is yet unknown, said God revealed this to him in a trance.
He called for prayers for the actor cum politician.
Pastor Michael claims to have seen people mourning the actor’s death in a trance.
On his Facebook Timeline, the Pastor wrote:
“While praying on some issues on the mount this morning, I fell into a trance like it happens most times I pray.
“I saw some persons mourning Desmond Elliot the Nollywood actor, scriptwriter and movie producer now turned politician.
I saw people mourning Desmond Elliot’s death, Pastor Celestine Michael
My doctors advised me to take things slowly, don’t worry about my health – Buhari assures Nigerians
“Please family join me pray that no evil agenda succeeds over him and his family.
“The Lord show him mercy anywhere he missed it, cause him to know his God and fulfill divine purpose.
“Remember God reveals to redeem,” the Pastor added.
Elliot is no doubt a renowned actor and strong public figure in Nigeria.
The 43-year-old has starred in over two hundred films and a number of television shows and soap operas.
He won best supporting actor in a drama at the 2nd Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards and was nominated for best supporting actor at the 10th Africa Movie Academy Awards.
In the 11 April 2015 General Elections, he was elected as a lawmaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Surulere Constituency.
Elliot won his bid defeating Bayo Smith, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
He is born to a Yoruba father from Olowogbowo in Lagos Island, Lagos.
His mother hails from Illah in Oshimili North, Delta State.
Elliot is married with four children.
He is involved in public relations for Globacom.
Meanwhile, the actor is yet to respond to the revelation by Pastor Michael.
