A bill has been proposed to change the way that Brazilian workers receive their salaries.
The draft bill is seeking to allow Brazilian workers to receive part of their income in Bitcoin has been drafted to the Deputies Chamber.
The bill was proposed by Deputy Luizão Goulart, a Brazilian politician on November 5.
In contrast to the Bitcoin law of El Salvador, where businesses are mandated to use the cryptocurrency, this law will allow employees to choose what portion of their salary is received in crypto.
While defending the bill, Luizão Goulart claimed that the World needs to adapt to “the fourth digital revolution.”

The politician pushed his support for BTC further by claiming that it does not rely on trust in financial institutions in legal tender.
There is a chance that Brazil might welcome this proposal after a recent poll by Sherlock Communications showed that 48% of citizens are in support of making Bitcoin their legal tender.
